How SHAUNA MARKEY ACTING STUDIO College Prep Process works:
Step I: Set up a consultation for parent and prospective client to do an initial assessment. Discuss song & monologue options and school requirements. Start to map out your college prep timeline and the strategy we will use for hitting specific milestones while feeling fully prepared (Recommended middle of Junior year or earlier.)
Step II: Work with Shauna individually as often as pre-determined in your consultation to select individualized audition materials, develop and refine your acting technique in both songs and monologues. Additionally, we will be building your brand and customizing your headshots and audition attire. Through our Masterclasses with professors, you gain other invaluable resources that will help refine your audition material and give you a competitive edge about the rest.
Step III: Film prescreens with Shauna and our professional videographer to ensure the best quality in your performance, while making sure we stay within schools and university guidelines. We will support you every step of the way, including helping you choose your strongest take.
Step IV: Continue coaching sessions and masterclass workshops for Live auditions, including adding new material with monologues and songs, plus refining your ‘edge’ with your interview skills.
